# Long Back Stretch with Reformer – Motioncare Pilates

Welcome to Motioncare Pilates! In this video, we will guide you through a long back stretch exercise using a reformer.

To prepare, hold the footbar with both hands, stand in a neutral position with your torso upright, and resist shoulder rest with your feet.

As you inhale, lower your body by bending your elbows to a 90-degree angle and engage your abdominal muscles.

As you exhale, scoop your abdominal muscles and push your pelvis forward while extending your arms, lengthening your torso diagonally.

Maintain a deep flexion with a posterior pelvic tilt as you pull the carriage, maximizing the flexion of your body.

Inhale and return to the starting position, maintaining an extended back.

* Tricep workout
* Maintain scapular stability throughout the movement
* Maximize flexion of the torso while pulling the carriage to the stopper

이번 영상은 리포머를 이용한 long back stretch 영상입니다!

준비-양손은 풋바를 잡고 중립으로 몸통을 세우고 양발은 숄더레스트를 저항한다.

마시며,양팔꿈치를90도 굽히며 몸을 낮추고

내쉬며,복부를 scoop하고 골반을 앞으로 밀어내며 ,팔을 펴는 동안 몸통을 대각선 라인으로 펴낸다.

캐리지를 끌어당겨 골반은 후방경사를 유지하여 flexion을 깊게 유지한다.

마시며, extended back. 시작포즈로 돌아온다.

*삼두운동

*동작내내 scapular의 안정성을 유지한다

*캐리지 가 스타퍼까지 갈때 몸통의 flexion을 극대화한다.
