    6 tomates, chile cebolla y ajo a la freidora de aire. Tomatillos por 5 min el resto por 15 más
    Moler con chile ancho (previamente hidratado en agua caliente por 15 min) cebolla sal
    Freír chicharrón en sarten x 15 min
    Agregar salsa
    Agregar comino 1 cucharada de orégano y pimienta negra
    Dejar guisar hasta que se reduzca el líquido

    Hacer costra de queso, ya que gratine, agregar tortilla y voltear. Preparar taquito

    Para cebollas curtidas
    Cebolla chile en la freidora x 20 min sacar, cortar, agregar limon sal y un chorrito de vinagre
