To make the gel, all you need is pure aloe vera. Simply cut open the aloe vera leaf, remove the green part, and scrape out the clear gel. Blend it briefly, let it sit for a few minutes, and then transfer it to a container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

sabila/aloe vera es lo unico que nesesitan

lo pueden usar 2 A 3 meses por semanas para ver resultados
el resto lo mantienen en la nevera por unas 2 semanas
ya después de las 2 semanas lo tiran a la basura

pero para no Desperdiciar la pueden poner a congelar y no tiene Expiración Ponganlo en un molde de hielos y solo sacan un cubito para cuando lo necesiten
