In order to keep the production costs down and keep it at it’s great price, we couldn’t make the requested changes to the Lulamae. So we brought you the new Elly May. It’s the same floorplan layout with the same great farmhouse style, but it’s heavier (literally!) and meatier with more options and more flexibility. What’s so awesome about this house besides the quality, the double tower dormers, and the galvalume metal exterior accents, is that you can build it in any style. Want to go rustic? We can do that.
