ताड़ासन कैसे करें ?
ताड़ासन को अभ्यास करना बहुत आसान है। इसके ज़्यदा से ज़्यदा फायदा पाने के लिए इसे आपको सही विधि से करना होगा।
इसके लिए सबसे पहले आप खड़े हो जाए और अपने कमर एवं गर्दन को सीधा रखें।
अब आप अपने हाथ को सिर के ऊपर करें और सांस लेते हुए धीरे धीरे पुरे शरीर को खींचें।
खिंचाव को पैर की अंगुली से लेकर हाथ की अंगुलियों तक महसूस करें।
इस अवस्था को कुछ समय के लिए बनाये रखें ओर सांस ले सांस छोड़े।
फिर सांस छोड़ते हुए धीरे धीरे अपने हाथ एवं शरीर को पहली अवस्था में लेकर आयें।
इस तरह से एक चक्र पूरा हुआ।

यह आसन पेट के बल लेटकर किये जाने वाले आसनों में से एक है| भुजंगासन को करते वक्त शरीर की आकृति फन उठाए हुए भुजंग की तरह बनती है इसलिए इसे भुजंगासन कहा जाता है।

हलासन विधि –
पीठ के बल लेट जाएं और हाथों को जांघों के निकट टिका लें।
अब आप धीरे-धीरे अपने पांवों को मोड़े बगैर पहले 30 डिग्री पर, फिर 60 डिग्री पर और उसके बाद 90 डिग्री पर उठाएं।
सांस छोड़ते हुए पैरों को पीठ उठाते हुए सिर के पीछे लेकर जाएं और पैरों की अँगुलियों को जमीन से स्पर्श करायें।
अब योग मुद्रा हलासन का रूप ले चूका है।
धीरे धीरे सांस लें और धीरे धीरे सांस छोड़े।
जहाँ तक संभव हो सके इस आसन को धारण करें।
फिर धीरे धीरे मूल अवस्था में आएं।
यह एक चक्र हुआ।
