I can’t believe my cat ran away yesterday :((( Let me guide you first and then I’ll tell you later. First, I’ll show you how to cook rice. For those who are unfamiliar, boil 1 cup of rice with 1.5 cups of water. Let me show off my cute rice cooker 😀

Next, let’s make a sausage egg roll that kids love! Crack 1 egg into a bowl and add 15ml of milk or water. Mix well to achieve a soft and tasty egg.

After beating the egg, spread a thin layer of oil on a pan. Make sure to use a large pan for easier rolling. When the pan is hot, pour the egg mixture and wait for the bottom to cook slightly before adding sausages. Rolling will be easier when the top is still wet.

Roll the egg and sausages like normal, but my small pan makes it difficult. After rolling the first layer, set it aside and pour the remaining egg mixture into the pan. Roll again when the bottom is cooked but the surface is still wet. Seal the roll by leaving the last edge down for 30 seconds.

Now, let’s move on to making the fried squid. Mix 80g of flour with 70ml of water in a bowl. In a separate bowl, crack an egg and add 1/4 tsp of salt. Mix well.

Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces and coat them in the flour mixture, followed by bread crumbs. Pay attention to ensure they stick together. Fry the squid in hot oil until golden brown.

Once cooked, place the squid on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Now it’s time to assemble the bento box. Shape warm rice by hand, giving it cute round edges. Cut out facial features from dried seaweed and attach them to the rice balls. Use ketchup or sriracha for a blushing effect.

Organize the food in the bento box as desired. While I couldn’t decorate much due to limited space, the result is still adorable.

Enjoy the crispy exterior and chewy squid as you take a bite. It pairs perfectly with sriracha!

Now, let’s get back to the cat story. Stay tuned for the next video to find out what happened to my cat. Don’t forget to subscribe and share my channel. Thank you so much and byebye!

  1. Yes, I definitelly want to eat you already, my delicious korean spicy young chap. I have a quite clear idea of where I shoul begin to devore you, bur if you have any other suggestions I would gladly consider different posibilities…

  2. Compared to the crappy lunches I remember eating in (American) high school, this bento box looks absolutely delicious–and a heck of a lot healthier than the cheap supermarket-style desserts I usually stacked my tray with!
