3 colheres (sopa) de adoçante
2 colheres (sopa) de nozes
3 colheres (sopa) de farinha de arroz
3 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho

1/2 xícara (chá) de água (aproximadamente)
1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
2 xícaras (chá) de castanha de caju cozidas
3 xícaras (chá) de água
2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar de coco

Modo de preparo (Massa):
Bater a clara e o adoçante até ponto de pico, misturar os demais ingredientes num bowl e com ajuda de um fuet, ir incorporando as claras, dispor em discos de 20cm e levar ao forno pré-aquecido 160° por 20 minutos.
Modo de preparo (Recheio):
