Milan heralds trimmed-down menswear fashion week

Milan Fashion Week Men for the Spring/Summer 2024 collections will showcase 72 events, including 22 runway shows and five digital shows. Valentino will open the fashion week on June 16, marking their comeback. Other notable comebacks include Neil Barrett and 44 Label Group. Andersson Bell will present a show on June 18, while Fendi and Gucci will not participate in this edition. However, Italian fashion heavyweights such as Giorgio Armani, Prada, and Dolce & Gabbana, along with emerging new names and international labels, will be showing. Additionally, the Fashion Film Festival Milano will launch the world’s first streaming platform for fashion films and explore the metaverse, adding a 16th prize for the best metaverse fashion film.
