Review of Sol De Janeiro’s Bum Bum Cream

Hey guys, welcome back to my channel! In this video, I’ll be reviewing the Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Cream, shower gel, and fragrance mist from the Brazilian Crush Deliciousness line. If you haven’t heard of this brand, you’re missing out! It’s been all the rage on YouTube for the past six months.

Let’s start by talking about the scent. The fragrance is a combination of pistachio and caramel, and it smells absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend you go into Sephora and take a sniff for yourself. It’s a beachy, summery scent that is perfect for the season.

Next, let’s discuss the Bum Bum Cream. This cream is said to moisturize, tighten, and firm the skin. After using it for about a week, I personally haven’t noticed any significant tightening or firming effects. While it provides decent moisture and absorption, I don’t think it’s the most amazing lotion formula I’ve ever tried.

The Brazilian Crush Body Mist, on the other hand, is a must-have if you love the scent of this line. It’s priced at $32, which I think is reasonable compared to the $45 price tag of the cream. The fragrance mist lasts for a good four to five hours, and if you layer it with the shower gel, the scent will linger for even longer.

Speaking of the shower gel, it foams up nicely and gives a good wash. However, it’s not as moisturizing as I would like and the consistency is relatively thin. Keep in mind that if you have the cap open in the shower, the gel may pour out, so be careful.

Overall, while I absolutely love the scent of this line, I do think it’s overpriced. The $55 price tag for the set is quite steep, especially when you consider that the products are not mind-blowing in terms of their formulas. However, if you enjoy the scent and want to indulge, I would recommend going for the fragrance mist, which offers a good lasting scent.
