**The First Food: Nuts**
The first food that helps you lose weight is nuts. For example, almonds, walnuts, and cashew nuts. Dr. Bao at Harvard Medical School reports that women eating nuts were thinner than those who did not. In addition, there is a study published by Harvard School of Public Health and others that eating 14 g of nuts a day can be expected to suppress weight gain and reduce the risk of obesity.
**Benefits of Nuts for Weight Loss**
1. Promoting metabolism: Nuts have abundant vitamins that promote metabolism. For example, Cashew Nuts have Vitamin B1 which helps convert sugar into energy and boosts your metabolism. There is Vitamin E in almonds and walnuts, which prevents oxidation and rejuvenates the body.
2. Promoting intestinal detoxification: Nuts are rich in dietary fiber, which improves your intestinal environment and promotes detoxification.
3. Satisfying appetite and preventing overeating: Nuts contain good fats that help suppress appetite. Omega-3 in walnuts and oleic acid in almonds work to prevent overeating.
Please note that when choosing nuts, avoid those with added sugar such as peanut butter or sugar-coated nuts as they will not provide the same weight loss effects. It is best to eat nuts as a substitute for snacks, like cookies or muffins.
**The Second Food: Coconut Oil**
The second food that helps you lose weight is coconut oil. According to Dr. Bruce Fife, the author of the book “The Coconut Oil Miracle,” you can promote weight loss just by changing your regular oil to coconut oil. Coconut oil activates metabolism and makes your fat more flammable.
Here are some recommended ways to take coconut oil:
– Add 1 big spoonful of coconut oil into salad, soup, coffee, or tea. It is recommended not to add sugar when putting coconut oil into coffee or tea as coconut oil has a slight sweetness that satisfies your need for sugar.
When choosing coconut oil, opt for virgin coconut oil or cold-pressed coconut oil. Cold-pressed coconut oil is extracted slowly at a low temperature, preserving more nutrients.
**The Third Food: Vinegar**
The third food that helps you lose weight is vinegar. Vinegar has been proven to have three effects for weight loss:
1. Burning fat: Citric acid in vinegar activates the movement to convert fat into energy, while amino acids help in fat burning.
2. Suppressing insulin secretion and preventing fat accumulation: Vinegar suppresses insulin secretion, making it harder for your body to store fat.
When choosing vinegar, go for those brewed naturally in a traditional way, without chemical additives or sweeteners. Apple cider vinegar and wine vinegar are good options. Incorporate vinegar into your diet by adding a spoonful to carbonated water or plain yogurt.

It's important to soak the nuts some hours to get rid of antinutrients inside of nuts and after that you can roast the nuts in the oven on low heat to get them crispy and dry . In this way you can benefit from eating nuts or else you can't digest them well .
