# Chinese Inspired Hair Accessories: Easy DIY Tutorial
**Clothes I wear in this video are not a costume. They are traditional Chinese clothes called hanfu.**
Are you a fan of Chinese-inspired makeup? If so, don’t miss out on this tutorial in my previous video! In today’s DIY video, I’ll show you how to create stunning hair accessories that perfectly complement your look.
**Materials You’ll Need:**
– [Fake flowers](https://amzn.to/2Wo38eq)
– [Leaves (optional)](https://amzn.to/2Wo38eq)
– Different colored satin ribbons (4cm width)
– Lace trim (2cm width)
– Sheer ribbons (0.6cm width)
– Sewing machine
– Hot glue gun
**Step-by-step Instructions:**
1. Measure the required length (approximately 32cm) and cut the ribbon.
2. Secure the edges of the ribbon by folding and sewing.
3. Create a ruffle trim with the lace and sew it onto the ribbon.
4. Repeat the sewing process for a centimeter-wide satin ribbon and small sheer ribbons.
5. Pull the transparent ribbons through the loops or small hoops.
6. Sew the two ribbons together at the end.
7. Make two bows using satin ribbons (20cm and 26cm in length).
8. Attach the small ribbon to the center of the bows.
9. Fold the ends of the bows to the center and sew them together.
10. Glue a flower in the center of each bow.
11. Attach the bows to the ends of the ribbon.
12. Add additional decorations such as pearls or small bows, according to your preference.
13. Use clips to secure the hair accessories.
